Shipping & Delivery
Your plaques are custom made to you specification and then treated with danish wood oil an several coats of UV Varnish. Usually orders are shipped within two or three days depending on the drying times of the varnish layers. Shipping is currently Free of charge and we only ship to the UK.

Returns & Replacements
Although your product is customised we guarantee satisfaction of your order. If you are not totally thrilled with your order you may return it to us for a full refund. Buyer pays return postage. To return your item please post your item back to: Kirkby Stringer, 13 Chapel Lane, Coppull, Chorley, PR7 4PG. Please also include a brief note explaining that you would like a refund. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your return.

Ordering
You can customise your order online selecting the fonts and design that you would like on your plaque. Once you are happy with your design click the add to cart button and proceed through the checkout.
